The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or availability. Property data is sourced from third parties and may contain errors or omissions.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Buy House Smart is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any decision made in reliance on the Service or its estimates.

Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account. Sign-in is provided through Google; keep your Google account secure. You may request deletion of your account at any time.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the Service — including scraping, bulk-extracting data, overloading or probing the systems, or using it in violation of any applicable law or third-party terms. We may rate-limit or suspend access to protect the Service.

Intellectual property

The site, its design, and original content are owned by Buy House Smart. Underlying property data remains the property of its respective sources.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version.
